Soccer 2019

Registration closes in 3 days

Thank you for signing up your child(ren) in the St Joe Soccer Program! We hope we can provide a positive and fulfilling experience this year.

An important note on Jerseys:
The jerseys we have been using for a number of years are no longer available through our vendor. Unfortunately to ensure consistency in jerseys within teams, all players will need to order new jerseys this season. We apologize for any inconvenience in this. In addition, we are ordering soccer style jerseys for our 1st and 2nd graders this season, and not the t-shirts we've used in the past.
Finally, we're upgrading the jersey offerings for 5th-8th grade teams to a better look and quality jersey.
1st - 4th grade jerseys are $25
5th - 8th grade jerseys are $40
As in the past we are offering shorts, however purchasing through SJAA is optional. Shorts are $15.

To be eligible to play St. Joseph Soccer, you must fall into one of the following categories.
- Be a registered member of St. Joseph Parish in Cottleville or have students in St Joseph School
-Live within the St. Joseph parish boundaries.

Regular season practices will begin in July or August. You will be contacted by your child's coach with additional information regarding day and time of practices. The soccer season will begin in late August (dates TBD) and may run into November if your team is in the playoffs.

The deadline to register for soccer is Monday July 15th. A $25 late fee will be added to ALL registrations after July 15th. Late registrations will be accepted on an as-needed basis.

Please contact Matt Culler & Andrew Lister if you have any questions at or Twitter @StJoeCotSoccer

Chess 2019-20

November 3, 2019 - March 1, 2020

Description: The St. Joseph Cottleville Chess Club meets every Sunday at 2:30 pm until 3/1/2020.

Participants will play in 4 meets. You only need to be in top 10 of one of the 4 meets to make the finals.

The CYC Chess meets are on Saturdays from 9 am until about 2 pm.
Dec. 7, 2019 - Our Lady of Lourdes
Jan 11, 2020 - St Gabriel the Archangel
Feb 1, 2020 - St Margaret Mary Alacoque
February 22, 2020 - St Joseph Cottleville
February 29, 2020 - CBC (Finals)

At each meet, there will be 4 matches your student can play, but there is no requirement for a number of matches – the student can come for any portion of the meet you desire. The scoring system is 1 point for win, .5 for draw, and 0 for loss, so the student should play as many matches as possible to increase their score.

Check this new website for CYC chess.
